Front brake clunk when backing up

I started to notice that a get a loud and visible clunk from the front wheels or brakes when 1st backing up. I can feel it in the steering wheel as well as hear it. I had the brakes replaced about 300 miles ago so I'm gonna take it back to them to look at but any ideas.

It like the brakes release after I start backing out of a parking spot or my garage.

If I wash my car & don't drive it to dry the brake rotors, by morning enough surface rust forms to make the pads "stick" to the rotors, which cause them to lock until I rev the engine more than usual & break free with some noise from the front.

I've had the same after a wash, but something similar that I have noticed is when at slow speeds pulling out of a parking space and turning the wheel I will feel a notch in the brake pedal that seems to be related to steering.

I'll bet the disc brake quiet grease / glue isn't bonded on one pad and it slides in its opening slightly.
