Door foam adhesive

I am in the middle of replacing door lock and window regulator. Any suggestions as to adhesive to reinstall door foam?

The Bentley (I think the Bentley) says to use Butyl cord, it is a kind of adhesive line thingy. 101 Projects says you may be able to reuse the adhesive that is currently on the foam. I haven't gotten into my doors yet on the Boxster (although I need to to fix a microswitch) but on other vehicles I have been able to reuse the existing adhesive.

If you can't find at an auto parts store you may be able to find a Lowe's or Home Depot.
