Gorgeous weather for a Fall Drive this Saturday...

Any takers?
Heading out from Waterloo this Saturday the 27th after having breakfast at a local restaurant.
We'll be taking mostly 2 lane highways up to Muskoka and running Southwood Road near Gravenhurst, grabbing lunch/dinner and heading back home.
It's forecast to be a gorgeous autumn day, so it's a golden fall driving opportunity.
Sadly, the weather isn't going to hold for many more weeks before hibernation time again.
Interested parties please feel free to post here or PM directly.

We're starting to get nice colours already. I'll post up some photos from the drive later on...

Geez, where are all the KW and area Boxsters?

Steve, might just be the two of us. We'll still give the public a show with our silver Porsche mini-parade. See you at Jacks Restaurant at 8 am for the kickoff breakfast!

Although I'm in the east end, I would join in if it wasn't for prior commitment. Going to be a great day tomorrow.

What a great day and a great route for a ride! Nice and twisty. We had a two boxster parade going. Saw lots of heads turning and passed another Box out for a ride as well. Great day!
Here's me just itching to get going... (ignore the 60 sign - we sure did!)

Just got back from a run - Raleigh NC to Luray Caverns on Saturdy, then Skyline Drive to the Blue Ridge Parkway to Roanoke VA then home. The yellow leaves re beginnins to pop out, with the reds just strating to turn on the westerly facing slopes at @ 2000 to 3000 feet. I have to work next weekend, so this was the weekend for me. Plus was able to buy premium at 3.24 a gallon just outside of Roanoke. This gas station still runs 10 cents a gallon price increase between regular, mid and premium.

Let me tell you about the definition of disappointment. Weather forecasts saying all week that Saturday is going to be beautiful - completely sunny and 80s. My just completed 914-6 conversion ready to be taken for a 1st nice long drive to test temperatures and performance.

Take a shower, get everything ready, pull out of the garage...and look up. Dark clouds. $#$#%.
