Strange noise or feeling

Sometime when my car has been sitting for a couple of days and I start out I feel a slight bump...almost two sometimes very close together. Once I get doing it does not return and will not for some time....and only when the car is stone cold. I have a Manual 6S but have lots of clutch engagement and it never slips...any ideas ??

+1 - when I bought my car it had P Zero Nero's on it and it did that. Now with Pilot Super Sports it doesn't. You could check tire pressures as these HD performance tires do strange things when down to 20 PSI and lower.
