2800 rpm vibration change

hello all, I have a '01 2.7 5 sp 71k miles with the normal vibration at 2800 rpm , however it has just gotten way worse. the motor mount was changed 5k miles ago with the water pump and secondary cat delete pipes added. vibration has been hardly noticable.

however a muffler rattle led me to find two missing nuts from the muffler to trans bracket, probably left off by the pipe installer. I put on new nuts and tightened it all up.
now the 2800 vibration is very severe. do I have the muffler too tight or high?
would a gasket/spacer of some sort between the brackets quiet things down?

I'm not sure if I am missing other parts/fasteners at the mounting point.

Thanks for any suggestions.
