Automobilist

Hey, just wanted to let you folks know that 986Forum member, photographer, writer, and club race driver Little "t" has started a really cool Facebook page called "Automobilist". Great Porsche photography and good discussion topics. Check it out if you get a chance.

Nice job this weekend - one win and two 2nd's. Pretty damn good!

Sold, I'm in! Just put a 'like' on the page. He has a very good eye for photo, and the Porsche stuff is great, but when I checked the "car of the day" shots and realized I recognized them...
Hope he does more to branch out into other makes and marques, he could do wonders. There are so many fascinating realms out there, and 't' has the vision to bring them into focus (pun intended). Keep to the upscale though, rat rods are cliché.

Thanks Gary, once a week I do the "Guess The Car Game", that's usually when I shoot other marques. Nobody has figured out this weeks mystery car, so I'm posting it here to see if someone can figure it out!!

My first guess when I saw it on Facebook was a mid 40's Desoto. Dad had one that we nicknamed 'Destructo'.

Gary, you need to get on over to the Automobilist page and show everyone else up! Dang, how the heck did you get that?

Grew up around this stuff in my dad's body shop in the fifties and sixties. We used to have a game at night guessing the other cars by the headlights and taillights. The parking light gave this one away. Chrysler and Buicks had similar grills, but the park light was different.
