Ran into some trouble

I am in the process of installing a 76mm throttle body and a custom cold air intake. I took everything off and removed all of the bolts I need to but I still can't remove the intake manifold or the air box. I followed the pelican instructions but I believe that is for the 2.7 not the 3.2 I have. Everything is loose but won't come out because there store some pipes runnin. In between the manifold. If others with a 3.2 have done this please chime in. I really need some help here because I am without a car until I finish this. Thanks in advance.

This is a 3.2L you can see where the 6 bolt holes are for each plenum.
After that wiggle and lift.

I suppose you will have to remove the tube that runs between the plenum arms

I removed the bolts and I tried to follow the tube but I don't see where it connects. I'm thinking if either dropping the engine an inch or two or just cutting the box. What's the best route to take?

I'm not sure what that tube is for, but can you get under the car and follow it that way? Its gotta connect to something within reach, just find it and pull it off.
