Help Lower the Age of Consent (to import)

Eye grabbing titles aside, this is a petition i feel many of us would be quite interested in. The petition is aiming to lower the age of a car to be imported to 15 years. This would add a window of many nice cars! Hrmm i wouldn't mind a 90s g wagon.

Too many crash test and safety laws to get that recent.

What is it now? I assume this is to bring any car you find into the US with no testing?

Currently it is 25 years, and to be fair, the 25 year old cars are more of a hazard to others and the environment than newer ones.
