The first one is funny - it sounds like a guy trying to share his experiences. The other one comes off as a lady lecturing guys about why they are wrong - about everything.

It is pretty obvious the first is in a joking manner, the second is pretty cruel. While a good many guys really are terrible this day, give the rest of us credit.
