how to install aero rocker covers ?

There is probably more than one answer but what are the general install steps for installing fiberglass side covers ? Once they are fitted i assume they screw on ? Looks like they screw into the pinch weld at the bottom and i assume a few screws on both wheel well lips. Do you use any type of adhesive at the top where it meets the body ? Most pics i have seen the top appears to be just a butt seam and not filled in. Any help is appreciated.
