Hello Everyone - New member here, looking for some assistance as i'm looking to purchase a new set of tires/wheels for my 02 Boxster S. I've decided on the Victor Equipment Zehn 19" staggered setup (Silver) wheels. On their website it looks like they are recommending the following tire sizes...anybody running this setup? Any advice on this setup would also be appreciated. My Boxster is a Sunday driver, stored in Winters...not sure if that helps with the question. Thanks!

Front 265/30/19 19x8 wheels
Rear 305/30/19 19x9.5 wheels

what's the width of the wheels? Those tire sizes seem to be a little too wide.

The fronts are pretty wide. What are the offsets?

His post says 8" front, 9.5" rear. As particleweave said, a search might help, but in any case, those tires do seem awfully wide. On 18x8 and 18x10 rims I run 225/40-18 front and 265/35-18 rear tires. You'll get a zillion tire brand recommendations, but you can't go wrong with Michelin. For summer use I like the Pilot Super Sports.

Those tire and wheel sizes are a mismatch and no way you are stuffing 305s under the wheel well without adding widebody flares. 225/265 are standard sizes while 245/275 will fit if you choose offsets carefully.

Shop tirerack.com for a better approach to fitment.

Thanks for the input, looks like I have some additional research to do. Basically, just looking to fill up the gaps a little better. Sounds like I'll have to dial down the rear to 275 .

You may be best going with 18's

Thanks for the input guys, decided to go with some Goodyear Eagle F1's...225/35/19 on the front and 275/30/19 in back. Got a pretty good deal at Discount Tire...picked up the Victor Equipment Zehns for $265ea. Not bad considering their website advertises them for $322. All said $2200 out the door...thrown in $140 in rebates and we're at $2060

I'll post some pics once they come in!
