Need help
 

Hi guys just finished with my mechanic one thing we saw and he told me to search for it right when you steal to the end the wheel u can hear a plastic noise touching the 19 inch wheels on one side we looked carefully and he told me it's like a plastic thing inside that holds onto something maybe for air flow maybe for mud I don't know and I want to order it but don't know what's called to search in eBay can you help me please thanks

1) the front brake cooling vents/scoops?
2) the rear wheel arch black stone guards?
