Schiefer

German for Slate (I always think of slate as gray)

or Nebel is german for Fog or mist

I always include the color of the car in the name.

My 986 is Arena Red, so her name is "Scarlett". My silver Honda is "The Silver Beep" (a milder variation of "The Chrome Horn"), and my white 240SX was "The Great White Hope".

So I'd pick something with "Gray" in the name, like "The Gray Ghost".

Pdwight's suggestion is particularly creative, I think.

Just sayin'...........

I'm laughing now! On that note, a name might be Honor, as in the actress who played, ahem, Ms. Galore in Goldfinger.

and only slightly related, I'd love to see a heavily modded black 986 named Darth Boxster.

I called my first seal grey one vader as in lord vader because it was dark and had a throaty exhaust. The new owner still calls it vader...

I don't want to offend anyone...and I definitely refer to my Boxster, and all other Porsches as 'her'...but do we guys actually name our cars? That was something my sister always did....

Punkin and Sydney

Carmen was my 07 CS.

The 3 Audi TTs I flipped were named Rowdy, Gunther, & Hans.

I named my hot neighbor's Volvo Sven.
