Looks like it was rubbing and wore through. You need to PM J911Brick and pick up a replacement. Also, if you have not plugged to the openings into your AC system make sure to do so. Air and humidity in your system is the enemy. You'll need to replace your receiver dryer, which can actually be found online without the Porsche tax.

You can take those to a local AC shop and they will fix the hose(s), with new hose for about $50 for both.
