New sound after new battery install

So I have a new battery put in. And now there is a click click click noise from under passenger dash when turning on and off heater. Is there any thing that could have happened while installing new battery? Only when turning on and off system. Is the box like a 944 with small motors to open and close the various vents inside the dash?
