Need for Speed

Fast and furious is dead! The movie reminded me of cannonball run and other classics. No rice burner junk, great likable characters. No over sexukization of the female leads. And a good grass roots (but not boy racer) story. Exotics not civics, classy not trashy, stunts not C.G.I.

Uhm...well..."Need For Speed PORSCHE" was awesome, but the rest was junk :D

As for the games they went pretty junk after underground, still have porsche unleashed with my 2.5 boxster :D The one game that was good later on was the hot pursuit in 2010.

All of the NFS series sucked after the first one IMO

(road & track version)....they got more and more arcade like as they went. NFSPU was tolerable but I gave up on the series after hot pursuit II (?) I think. Eventually found GTR2 and it is everything you could want except for the driving on the street part. The movie doesn't really interest me either.

I really want to see this movie,

I loved all the Fast & Furious movies. At my house we call them the "Fast Forward" movies because we just skip through the "plot" to get to the car scenes. :D

many car chases in many different kinds of cars. Alot less special effects than fast and furious and more grounded in plot which i found to make it twice as exciting.
