My Mods.....

Well I have a few things waiting to be installed on my new to me 99 silver/red boxster.
I have a short throw shifter, headers and sport cats, UDP, and 160 degree T-stat.
Also have the Row m030 suspension kit en route.
Ill take a look at the engine mounts and other stuff when were under the car. I have a local indy doing most of the work.
Ill be keeping the stock mufflers in the back at least for now and it looks like that's about it for mods for awhile.
Do you guys think I need to have the ECU recalibrated for the mods?

Anyway, looking forward to spring.
Im looking forward to driving the Boxster and I also have a gen 2 Viper gts and a KTM 1290 on order, so hopefully winter will end soon!

Its a gen 2...or one might say a 2002 coupe. Its pristine with 10k miles.
Ive owned 4 of them of various generations.
The rc8 is a gorgeous bike....bmw/ktm of countryside has one on the floor.

I used to go to countryside all the time, it was close to where I used to live.

When did they get a rc8?

m not sure when they got it, but its sitting in their KTM shop as proud as a peacock.
They have the 1190 adventures in as well as a plethora of moto bikes.
1290 should be in - in a few weeks.
Also considering a couple BMW bikes as well.

I've tried the S1000. It is a great bike, but I would compare it to a new 981 vs 986. It has more power but also has so many electronic gizmos. It rides nice, but I think true enthusiast getting something simpler and older. That being said, I would rather have the 981 and S1000 over my 2004 zx10r and 2001 986.
