anyone interested in driving that boxster?

If anyone is interested, we are signed up for a great cross country rally this summer. It begins july 6 in martinsburg, wv and ends 6 days later in pueblo, co. Along the way we also do laps at 3 different tracks. It is a hidden checkpoint rally, sort of a combination of a scavenger hunt and a TSD. If you are interested you can find all the details on line at rally north America. It is very affordable and as an added benefit all money raised goes to MS research. If you are one of the people that have trouble making a decision don't even look because there is an 80 car limit and we are at 67 alredy. Of the 67 signed up, we only have 2 porsches. Can't believe people who own one of the greatest driving cars on the road don't do things like this. It is going to be a great event.

I have to work instead but may I suggest a second leg be added going over the mountains, then south through Utah ( surreal- really), finishing in Arizona at THE canyon.

Great idea but with this forum being so great we should just organize our own rally Free, and have fun with fellow Porsche addicts...it would be epic!

You say 'drive that Boxster' but I assume this kind of TSD thing means crawling around at roughly the speed limit (especially US speed limits) for days on end to hit the set targets. Which if I am honest is the very last thing I'd want to do in a Boxster.

Nobody said you had to try and win!:D

Ha ha, good point. Compete to miss the targets by the biggest margins!

If through Utah I'll join in for last leg!
