Sorry I missed where the OP was looking for a Tip. If there was interest in the manual, my Indy is Scott at McIlvain motors in Tempe. I may have heard the $1K wrong as it was not my focus at this time and also recall it was via another local vendor.

Miami is like New York, to high in prices, basically they are crooks. Used, good mileage TIP goes for around $1500. Cost to get an Indy to replace it, about $750. If I had to speed $15k, I would seriously trade it in.
