idler bearing matched to year and roller type

I want to replace just the bearing in my rollers on my 1999 non-s. I have yet to check the type of rollers (square or rounded edge) but I have been looking for which bearing to use for each type of roller and haven't found the answer.

I've found: 5202-2RS and 6203-2RS. They are very different and my question is, which bearing fits which type of pulley?

Thanks
