Hood, Trunk Lever Repair
 

My hood release is not working. I felt something pop when I pulled it. Looking at it I can't tell if the end of the cable is broken or just bent. Does anyone know how to remove the hood and trunk levers on a 2000 Boxster? Since the cable has came out of the lever it keeps the lever from going down and keeps the door from being closed. How much trouble is it to replace the cable also?
