Bicycle rack..?
I'm looking to buy a bike rack (for a single TT bike). I'd appreciate recommendations and/or pointers to what to lock out for. I got a '98 986 with a permanent hardtop.

I have the willwood and its a life saver. Not sure if he's still in business though.

Peer,
As you may have noticed I'm selling my '99 Boxster and various related toys. I have a 986 Porsche Roof-Top Storage (RTS) system that I am willing to sell. It is a very strudy roof rack that all sorts of things can be attached to (bicycles, cargo boxes, surf boards, kayaks, etc). If you're interested send me a PM with an offer price. -Jeremy |
I wonder if anyone knows (or guess) if this thingee could perhaps be hacked to fit a Box:

saw this solution this year earlier. quite interesting. though my concern about clamshell still stands, it might be worth a try. one of the better looking solutions i've seen on here. http://986forum.com/forums/399678-post12.html |
