There's a guy down here in OC that does the work. I have his contact info at home and will post it for you later. He said he does a lot of this work for dealers. His charge is a bit over $500 to replace the plastic window, mentioning that the high cost reflects the fact that he's got to remove the whole top in order to put the window in.
I think I'm going to save up and get a new top with glass as I'm afraid I'll only tear the plastic window again. Besides, no matter how careful you are, the plastic will eventually get scratched or marred from normal use.
