Lowered Pics :)
Lowered on KW V2!
These are great for DD and very comfortable with a soft dampening. I like it stiff though, I three wheel entering my driveway  http://986forum.com/forums/uploads01...1389336269.jpg http://986forum.com/forums/uploads01...1389336279.jpg http://986forum.com/forums/uploads01...1389336298.jpg http://986forum.com/forums/uploads01...1389336892.jpg http://986forum.com/forums/uploads01...1389336917.jpg http://986forum.com/forums/uploads01...1389336928.jpg |
Looks good...where'd the black wheels go?
|
|
but how quick do your rims get dirty?
|
I love it! And the white wheels are a nice change. BigJake111 are you lookin' at this?
Yellow did you need rear camber links? I ask because it doesn't look like you've got much neg. camber- mines an inch higher and I'm at -2. |
Nice job on the coilovers, looks good
Finals have already begin.... and you have no chance to win sadly ;) http://www.eurotuner.be/wp-content/u...3/DSC06989.jpg http://www.eurotuner.be/wp-content/u...3/DSC06991.jpg |
it´s Geoffrey´s Boxster, he´s from the UK. car has an airridde installed, this height is only possible when still standing. While drivin the car is not lower then -40mm.
|
I'm new to Boxsters but not to Porsche's. In the 911 community a common change is setting a U.S. spec car to " euro " height. Is there such a thing as euro height in the Boxster world ? And if there is how much of a change is it ? I personally do not like the slammed look but to each his own. :D

Below pic is a euro spec base boxster from Germany (RoW M30 sport). Not a dramatic difference with the US spec if you ask me. http://986forum.com/forums/uploads01/0021389449414.jpg If you are looking for a perfect balance, a true exotic stance (not 'slammed') for the Boxster 986, then coilovers and a spot-on selection of offsets/spacers are required. Search "Danger Mobile" to see a perfect example |
Am pleased with the ride height of my newly installed H&R springs. Looks just right / as you'd like it to have come from the factory rather than slammed / modified:

Either fully polished or polished lip and gloss white center. Still deciding on widths but most likely 18x8.5 and 18x10.5 with a low offset like 35. http://986forum.com/forums/uploads01...1389601988.jpg |
Tinkered with the ride height some more
I love the lowered car except when it scrapes  http://986forum.com/forums/uploads01...1389603557.jpg http://986forum.com/forums/uploads01...1389603578.jpg http://986forum.com/forums/uploads01...1389603595.jpg http://986forum.com/forums/uploads01...1389608027.jpg |
