First....So I just installed all new o-rings in my spark plug tubes. Great except I accidentally disconnected two coils during the process and didn't realize it. So...start the motor....it obviously is not running good and I get an Engine light. Well...figured things out...fixed the coils....and the motor is running fine....but still have an Engine light? Can I fix that myself?

Second....since the weather has gotten cold, I'm getting PSM and ABS light on while the car is cold. When the car warms up...lights are gone. Just wanted to check if that's normal or an issue?

You can have the code cleared for you at most Autozone locations as well as O'Reillys. You can also make the investment and grab your own OBD II scan tool. I recently purchased a bluetooth scanner on Amazon and along with the Torque app I can view CELs and clear them myself.

Not sure about your second issue, but doesn't seem normal to me. I'm sure others will chime in.

Low battery voltage can often trigger ABS and PSM MIL's. Load test your battery and check your alternator voltage.

Buy yourself a code reader. They can be found for under a hundred dollars and are worth their weight in gold when you need one. Whenever I get a code I'll plug it in, get the code and then Google it. It has told me I had a loose gas cap or a bad O2 sensor. And, you can reset the engine light once you identify and fix the problem.

Hey guys....just to update this....I got a code reader and also a trickle charger.

Also....I've been driving the car around quite a bit. (Crazy...I know).

This issue appears to be entirely temperature related. I've found some other forum posts that describe the issue being resolved with a firmware update and also a possible brake switch. I'm investigating both of those here shortly. Will update this thread as I discover more.
