CARFAX anyone..?
 
Could someone run a Carfax for me?

I am trying to find the name of the original owner of an old Alfa Romeo that has several years of past due CA registration fees.

With the name of the original owner I will avoid paying a bond required by the DMV in top of the past due registrations...

I believe the only to get that info is from the DMV.
