Wheel upgrade question..

Will these rims (Front 7.5 J x 18, rear 9 Jx 18)

fit my 2002 Boxster without spacers/other adjustments.. Thanks.

Not enough information, we need to know the offset to make a call. Look on the rims, there should be something like ET50 or something similar, that's the offset number.

I believe you are golden as those are offsets that should not give you problems or the need for spacers. Buy them and post pix!!!
