It means the car goes around corners really well. I thought everybody already knew that. :)

Open the other door, it says "straighter."

Since it is on the drivers side door near the steering wheel, it was probably placed there for the less astute assembly line guys so they knew which side to place the steering colum and steering wheel.

On cars built for the UK market, the "TURNER" sticker is on the other door.
