FWIW In January, I bought my 550 from a Porsche Dealer for $26K.It had 19000 miles on it and was (and is) in perfect condition. It was a trade in at that Dealer and was originally sold by and serviced by the same dealer. I actually thought I had paid a premium. So it seems to me that $27 cash from a dealer is pretty good.
