Replace convertible top transmissions on a 98

Hi,

I'm having an intermittent failure on the roof transmissions on my 98 Boxster, and I'm thinking of replacing them with the newer ones (987-561-179-01 and 987-561-180-01) . I know I need the new spacer bolts, but do I need to replace any more parts to install the newer transmissions?
