Wire ID? along the wiper fluid lines.
 

had to disconnect battery today for quick CEL delete. I saw the two clips were BOTH disconnected, I was in a rush for work so I didnt have too much time to trace the wires. the car has driven fine, wipers worked, wiper fluid pump worked. all seemed normal
I have searched! so I hope for the life of me these have indeed not been covered

what are they connected too?

The washer nozzles are heated.Those look the wires that connect to the nozzles for this function.
