Who Can Create a DropBox for the Forum ?

Is there anyone on the forum who has the tech savvy to create a universal DropBox so members can download files from it as they please ? I can't keep up with the demand for the Johnny Danger Action Suite CD, and I'd like to eliminate the hassle of mailing them out if you get my drift.
