Sorting Posts in a Thread

I can't seem to find the switch that will sort the posts in a thread to have the first (oldest or starting) post first.

I'm seeing the most recent post first and would much rather it the other way. I looked in the FAQs and its says its possible to sort either way under display mode using linear; when I look under that switch, it does not allow me to reverse the sort. Where's the switch????

quick links -> edit options -> thread display options -> thread display mode.

that lets you choose chronological, reverse chrono, threaded, or "hybrid."

sounds like you want chronological, aka "oldest first."
