I had similar noises, very similar noises, I replaced this part, number 8.

Do you happen to know what it's called? Let me check pricing on it. Hopefully it's not too expensive. If the drop links don't fix it I'll have to see if that part is loose.

EDIT: Looks like it's called the trailing arm.

Also.called a track arm. About $150 each is the best you'll find.
