Fuel sending Unit plus AOS
 

Strong smell of gas ,replaced gas cap but smell was still there.Off with battery and nice puddle of gas on top of the unit.Replaced unit and smell is gone.Next ,rough idle with strong vaccume coming from oil cap ,couldnt remove oil cap with engine running.Every time I started the car it smoked for 30 sec or so and i could drive it without anymore smoke until next start up .Drove it to the shop and the last mile was smoke at acceleration from a dead stop like the bug man,AOS bad .Replaced and back in bizness.

I resolved all my issues searching this website ,Thank you to all that post symptoms and resolution.

2003 72000 miles and over 4 years of ownership,fuel sending unit and AOS have been my only repairs besides oil changes and brakes. :dance:
