Oh No it Stalled out of nowhere

Going to work this morning and a few miles from home, at a stop light, engine rpms fell slowly then died. No indication anything was wrong. It would not start for 5-6 attempts. I'm thinking Tow truck time. Then it turned over. Idled fine and smooth with good throttle response. So I continued to work. A few stop lights, no problems. Highway for 10 miles no problem. Had a clear lane, took it up to 6 grand, 95 mph, still not a hint of anything. Got to work and Idles right were it is suppose to be.
History:
I disconnect battery for a couple hours Monday to do some door regulator work.
Took it around the block to make sure it ran OK. Drove to work next morning, no issues.
It does take two tries to start in the morning. This has been since I cleaned Throttle body and re-seated AOS line a month back
Since I just got an extra car, I haven't had to drive it in the rain. So for a couple weeks it does sit a day or so.
It is due for Plugs (62k)

I'm suspecting less driving and a bit of plug fouling may be the culprit.
