zeintop hatchback lift support

I have a zeintop on my 2003 boxster. The hatch will not stay up=looks like the gas cartridges are worn out. There are no markings on them and every store I go to needs either a part number or make/model.Anyone know who makes the zeintop cartridges?

You should be able to take them into an auto parts store and match them up with the lift cartridges they have. I have replaced many different models with generics and they work wonderfully.

Time to get rid of it. I'll dispose of it for you.

Otherwise pull yours off and take to a auto parts store to match with what they have.

zeintop hatchback lift cartridges

After 3 trips to differant auto parts stores I've found the perfect repalcement lift cartridge. It is a Mighty Lift 95091. Just switch the connectors and they work perfectly.

So are you going to still use it or will it be available for us to buy it? I am thinking that you have used it already but still hoping you still have it.

I was removing my Zeintop and accidentally bent the strut. I've looked for the Mighty Lift 95091 online and am having trouble finding it. What parts store did you go to?

There's a speed yellow Zeintop on eBay right now.
