HID Projector vs new GE LED Nighthawk headlamp

I was looking for LED headlight options and I'm wondering if anyone knows the size of the lens they removed to install HID projectors?

I am thinking about trying to retrofit GE 69821 Nighthawk 7" Round LED Headlamps into the light housing.

Can someone measure the round lens they removed to complete a HID retrofit? The lens that gets burned yellowing on it over time is the one I'm wondering about.

Perfect thank you that is exactly what I needed. Darn they are not as round as I was thinking.
