Also your info about Chicago is out of date... Handguns have been allowed here for years (but before that it really didn't stop ANYONE) , and Illinois now has concealed carry...

Yeah, but that is a recent development (turning in ammo). I'm sure not all the ammo got turned in and you can keep your weapon once leaving the service, which leaves a lot of potential owners with ammo. We are only talking about the officially provided ammo, as well. :cheers:
