986 S trunk & hood latch removel
 
can some one help me. As you can see i broke one already.!!!
2000 boxster s. Im broke one of two pull latches (release) and i would like to replace them, but i removed the small screws on the plastic to carpet. I tried pulling. (up) but the levers are there. help here is a picturehttp://986forum.com/forums/uploads01...1376928289.jpg

Hi,
i as i remembered, you need hex and phillips screwdriver. you have to remove the plastic panel, easiest way is to remove the seat to work on, and remember to DISCONNECT battery before remove the seat....

more help needed 986 S. trunk & levers
 
i need more help. can someone tell me how to remove the levers that are holding the plastic trim in its place.i see the plastic loose. but the chrome metal pulls (the hod & trunk are there keeping me from loosening them
