CDR220 Question

Is it true that if the AUX input is turned on using the user menu feature, the in-dash CD player gets turned off automatically?
In other words, one can either use the in-dash CD play or the AUX input?

TIA

if you switch to AUX, the cd stops playing, yes. switch back to cd to listen to a cd...

I can use both... I just have to toggle between with the ''S'' button. Aux souce or CD stop when the other input is chosen.

Well for me, the S button used to toggle between the radio and CD. Now that I turned the AUX input on, it toggles between the radio and AUX. I was expecting for it to go radio --> CD --> AUX --> radio, but it won't go to CD anymore.

I hate to ask, but there's a CD in the player, right?
Not trying to be a smarty...

Well, I was certain there was a CD in it but I went and checked again just because you asked.
And now, it does go to CD mode and it plays! The S button is a little skippy. Sometimes it'll skip over the radio mode, and sometimes it skips the AUX.
I'll just have to remember to use a lighter touch when pressing on the S button.

Thanks for all the replies.

It's normal, it skip less use mode. You just need to double push the S to reach the less use mode.
