03s bleeding brakes question

Should I be able bleed the breaks with my motive bleeder even if it has traction control.101 projects said its a dealer issue,is this correct?

No, don't think so, I bled my brakes with the Motive bleeder and it worked like a charm. Clutch can be done as well.
