Still Have the Original Windshield Washer Fluid !

The Dangermobile still has it's original windshield washer fluid ! You know the oem stuff that smells like an Alsatian monkey's bunghole. Try and top that !!

trimer 08-08-2013 05:11 PM

weve been down this road before so I have to ask...you thinkin 3-4 additional horsepower with that? I know that a gallon of the aftermarket stuff weighs more than a gallon of the super cool OEM stuff so has to be 3-4 HP? and smelling like a bunghole? At least a better 0-60 time with that. Lucky. Mine is not original and smells more like a bad fart after a burrito...

I know you were shooting for the elusive 30K first oil change mark before the LN IMS change interrupted your plans but holy moly. Did Karen Black come to you in a dream? Can't believe I beat you that one..........................

The name "Alsace" can be traced back to Old High German - Ali-saz or Elisaz. In this case, "das monkey".

ekam 08-09-2013 06:15 AM

What's a bunghole?

My turn signals still have shrink wrapping on them.

The French Dude 08-09-2013 06:27 AM

Actually I am Alsatian.

My version is : Alsace in Alsatian language is Elsass. "El" from Ell that is the river that runs through the region. And "sass" from the german verb "Sitzen" that mean sit.

So I am a little confused concerning the monkey thing. Besides a touristic zoo where some little monkey are I never saw some in Alsace ! :D

But it's a funny thing to read something about Alsace on a US Porsche Forum !

EssexPorsche 08-09-2013 07:12 AM

Here you go Frenchie old chap

A Sanctuary for Barbary Macaques in Alsace: Montagne des Singes

They are Barbary Macaques (the mountain monkey') living in Alsace.
Ergo, an Alsatian Monkey in the same way as i am an English Man.

I hate to take it off topic to talk about windshield washer fluid, but I can't believe how much fluid my 02 holds. I got the low level light and it took the entire jug gallon when I topped it off. I actually looked under the car to see if it was leaking.
