Front roof Lock

2000 Porsche Boxster S: The bolts holding the locking plate at the windshield no longer engage the nuts internal to the windshield frame. The windshield frame appears to be a sealed fabrication with no access for repair of these fasteners. Does anyone know the factory repair method? From what I can tell the fasteners (nuts) appear to be some type of sheet metal compression item, I would expect that given the fragile nature of the fasteners that Porsche must have developed a method of repair. Any guidance would be helpful
