I have a problem with my radio not tuning in stations as if it has a weak signal any suggestions of what it could be?? I've heard there are amplifiers in the A pillars is this true and how do u get to them??? Is it a hard job to change them??

Mine did the same, so I searched this forum and found that my antenna booster on the right side windshield pillar was not properly grounded, so I took off the cover, removed the screw holding the booster, sanded the paint off, then reattached, and now I have great reception.

This is a link to a post that shows the booster attached to the pillar.
The pillar is easy to remove.
