Is it an actual dent or just a scrape? I had a big dent (Boxster vs. tree, Boxster lost) that was fixed by a mobil paintless dent repair guy. Came out just okay, but he told me ahead of time it wouldn't be perfect.

Scrape would be closest. It has bended a bit and paint has wore off at the line of contact. How much paintless denting cost to you?

you have a date with the paint booth in your future.

If its a "smooth" dent in a plastic bumper , you can heat it up with a "hair-dryer" and it will pop pop out and resume its original shape on cooling .

Yours unfortunately requires paint ....

I would first use some polishing compound and buff-out some of the scratches, then put a good coat of wax on it to see what it looks like.

if the scratch goes into the SILVER paint it really needs to see a bodyshop. An abrasion to the CLEARCOAT ONLY can be gently wetsanded with 600 grit and then polished. There isn't much depth to the paint so it must be done cautiously. Personally I think your car's worth a pro's attention- if you get a quote, get more of them and don't choose the lowest one!

A top notch auto body shop would be my recommendation.
