Seatbelt is Most Uncomfortable
 

I find the seat-belt in my 99' to be the most uncomfortable seat-belt of all my current vehicles and certainly the most uncomfortable seat-belt I have ever used.

The problem seems to be that there is no height adjustment at the roll-bar point. when I am wearing a T-shirt, the belt is an irritant to my neck. I have been routing it under my left arm instead of over my shoulder in order to tolerate it. Now I am thinking on getting one of those things I used with car seats to hold two layers of the strap together so that I do not have this constant tension under my arm.

How do others deal with this?

They don't bother me, but you could always try these:

I bought a pair for the straps on some luggage and while they are clearly Chinese knock-off emblems, they do add padding.

I avoid this by not being short :p

Seriously, though...I've used those fuzzy things that wrap around the belt in the past when I've had that problem.

But I am not really short, I am 5'10 7/8" :confused:

Oddly I've never had this problem, and I'm 5'11". Could you maybe raise the seat a hair? My seat is definitely all the way down, but I think I just have a tall torso and short legs.
