Plasti-dip orange headlights

Has anyone done this and how did it turn out?
I was thinking of leaving a narrow orange strip - maybe equal to gap between hood and bumper line - and plasti dip all the orange below that in gunmetal (Boxster is seal grey).
Thoughts? And the good thing it is reversible I guess.

I'm not sure how it would hold up, being on the front of the car. Not sure it would look good either, but why not try? Like you said, it's removable and cheap.
