D'oh! Scratched my caliper!

Removing the pads, handle slipped and dragged right across the face of the caliper. So mad! Anyway is there anything I can do to fix it without painting the whole thing? Like can I sand it, blend in some filler and just paint the face

paint 'em black?
or you could use some silver touch-up paint, the kind with the small brush attached to the cap. You can tape on either side of the scratch and fill 'er in. That will make it less obvious, especially once the wheel's back on.
