Headliner question

I have an '04 S. The headliner including it's underframe has pulled away by about 1 inch and 8 inches wide just over the top latch. How is it supposed to be secured like the rest of it on each side? This is obviously not an adhesive issue. It doesn't want to snap in place and stay.
